Our facility is privately located at the end of a quiet culdesac and is well-lit for your safety and security. The hall is 8,138 square feet and can accommodate groups of up to 280 people.

PLEASE SUBMIT AN ONLINE RENTAL REQUEST AND WE’LL CONTACT YOU FOR A TOUR. Our Community Center is run by a small group of volunteers who are available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, by appointment only. Completing a form doesn’t constitute a commitment until your rental is finalized, your contract is signed, and your security deposit is received. By completing the rental agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Hall Rental Rules/Regulations.
Rate and Fees:
- Weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) hall rental is $600 for eight hours or $800 for twelve hours. Association Members receive a 10% discount on rental rates.
- There are three-weekend rental options, 10 am-6 pm or 2 pm -10 pm ($600), 10 am-10 pm ($800).
- Complete an online rental request with your need and we’ll contact you to discuss weekday schedules and rates.
- A $275 security/cleaning/key deposit is needed to hold your date and confirm your reservation. The deposit will be returned within ten (10) business days after your rental (less any fees for damage, clean-up, extra hours or rules violations, unreturned keys, or Administrative fees). Locksmith services for unreturned keys may also be charged against your deposit.
- Full payment for your rental is due 14 days prior to the event. Checks or money orders should be mailed to Holiday Lake Estates Civic Association, 1041 Mandarin Drive, Holiday, FL 34691. If your full payment is not received on time, your reservation may be canceled by HLECA and may result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
- We accept Checks, Money Orders, credit/debit cards (there is a 2.5% non-refundable service fee for each credit and debit card payment, which will be charged to your security deposit), or cash for hall rental fees. Checks and Money Orders should be made payable to Holiday Lake Estates Civic Association.
- If you plan to serve alcohol or have service animals in attendance a certificate of insurance is required, coverage for alcohol and animals must be detailed on your insurance certificate.
- Cancellations Cancelations made within ten (10) business days of your event will receive a 50% refund (less the $25 Administrative fee). Cancelations within seven (7) business days of your event will receive a fifty percent refund (less the $25 administrative fee). Reservations canceled after seven business (7) days of your event are not eligible for a refund. Cancelations made within 48 hours of your reservation will also result in the forfeiture of your security deposit. There is a $25 Administrative fee for all cancellations for confirmed reservations which will be deducted from your security deposit.
The facility must be cleaned up and vacated at the end of your rental time (failure to be ready to leave on or completed clean-up time may result in forfeiture of your deposit). This is at the sole discretion of the Holiday Lake Estates Civic Association Board.
