The recently renovated Holiday Lake Estates Community Center is available to rent for your special occasions! You DO NOT have to be an Association member or a Holiday Lake Estates resident to rent the hall.

Our facility is privately located at the end of a quiet culdesac and is well-lit for your safety and security. The hall is 8,138 square feet and can accommodate groups of up to 280 people.

PLEASE SUBMIT AN ONLINE RENTAL REQUEST AND WE’LL CONTACT YOU FOR A TOUR. Our Community Center is run by a small group of volunteers who are available on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, by appointment only. Completing a form doesn’t constitute a commitment until your rental is finalized, your contract is signed, and your security deposit is received. By completing the rental agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Hall Rental Rules/Regulations.
Rate and Fees:
- Weekend Package (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Hall rental is $600 for eight hours or $800 for twelve hours (set up and clean up time is included).
- Hourly Rentals are $85 per hour (set up and clean up time is not included).
- There are three-weekend rental options, 10 am-6 pm or 3 pm -11 pm ($600), 11 am-11 pm ($800).
- We also have weekly and monthly rentals available. Contact us via the rental form for details.
- A $250 refundable security deposit is required. Fifty percent (50%) of your rental fee is due upon contract signing to hold your date.
- Complete terms and conditions are provided in the Hall Rental Agreement when you tour the hall.
