Holiday Lake Estates Civic Association (“HLECA”) Membership is by initial application and payment of membership dues. HLECA membership is $20.00 per household or $15.00 per individual, annually. Checks for payment should be made payable to: Holiday Lake Estates Civic Association and mailed to 3624 Atlantis Drive, Holiday, FL 34691 or hand delivered to one of the HLECA officers at the General Meeting (4th Tuesday of every month). **Your membership application will not be complete until dues are paid** Please complete the form in its entirety. Your application will be reviewed by HLECA officers, and you will be notified when your membership is approved.
