Vendor spaces are 10×10 and are outdoors. HLECA does not provide tables, chairs, or tents. All vendor tents must be secured. No drugs, alcohol, weapons, or other items prohibited by law are allowed. Complete vendor instructions will be provided by email approximately two weeks prior to the event. Vendor fees are non-refundable. This is a rain-or-shine event.
