Artisan Market Vendor Rules

  1. All items sold MUST BE HANDMADE. Host decision is final.
  2. All tables must be covered with a floor length covering
  3. Vendors may arrive at the Civic Center at 7:00 AM the morning of the event.
  4. Vendors must keep their display within their assigned 10×10 space.
  5. Displays may not block the view of surrounding vendors.
  6. Vendors may not breakdown and exit the building pior to 30 minutes prior to the event end.
  7. No weapons, drugs, or alchohol are permitted. You will be asked to leave – no refund.
  8. The HLECA will send marketing materials for you to share on your social media. All other marketing will be done by the Association. If you have an idea, feel free to contact us.

Vendors agree to follow the Civic Center general rules.
COVID-19 “At Risk” Civic Center Participant Statement found on the registration page.  No refunds will be given for failure/refusal to return the waiver. If you violate the rules, you may be asked to leave without a refund.
