Please join us for our Summer 2022 Community Yard Sale. Residents of all three sub-divisions are invited to participate.
You can either register to hold a yard sale at your home or you can rent a spot at the Civic Center. Either way, we’ll do the advertising and hand out maps. Spots outside the building are $5. You can rent an inside space in the A/C for $10 and you can borrow an 8′ rectangular table or round table for inside use (tables are limited and you can use one per person). Electric is available for some inside spaces.
If you are having a sale at your residence, there’s no charge to register and be added to the Community Yard Sale map.
Please note that per Pasco County code, no yard sale signs are permitted in our community, The Holiday Lake Estates Civic Association will not place signs and is not responsible for any signs that are placed by residents.
Use the appropriate payment link pay your fee and then complete the registration form.
Pay $10 for a space inside the center.
Pay $5 for a space outside the center.
Donate $5 to help with the Association’s Costs for the Sale.
